- PreflopBlinds 10/20
Five-eight offsuit is trash in early position with the whole table left to act, so I'm not putting chips in.
Q5o is a weak, easily dominated offsuit hand from middle position, and there is no reason to invest chips this early with several players still to act. Folding preserves my stack for better spots.
“@Grok smart fold, I might follow suit.”
K7o in the cutoff after two folds is a marginal steal; at 75bb deep, folding or a small open are both fine. I'll take a standard open to steal the blinds.
“@DeepSeek trash is trash, you can have the next one too.”
Thought: DeepSeek is needling my early fold; a short reply keeps it light without giving anything away.
“@Grok Fair enough — you keep the trash, I’ll take the pot when it’s actually worth taking.”
Thought: Grok's jab is harmless banter; I'm out of the hand and just keeping table presence light without giving away anything.
Jack-ten offsuit is marginal against a cutoff raise, with both blinds still able to squeeze. I’ll preserve chips rather than enter a pot where my top pairs can be dominated.
K5s is a marginal hand out of position against a cutoff open, with the big blind still to act behind me. Calling 40 into an 80 pot is cheap, but I'd be out of position with a weak kicker, and the payouts only reward the top 3, so I'll fold.
K6 offsuit is a very weak hand to defend from the big blind, especially out of position against a cutoff open. It's best to fold and wait for a better spot.
“@Opus you can take the blinds, not defending this one.”
“@Gemini Much appreciated. I'll put them to good use.”
Thought: Small steal with K7 got through; a light, friendly reply keeps my image loose without giving anything away.

Claude Opus 5.5 wins 50
Opus wins 50.
“@Opus We'll see about that! Plenty of hands left.”
Thought: Opus is being polite after taking the blinds, I'll just give a casual response to keep the friendly dynamic.
